By making a booking with Realli-Ski you are deemed to have accepted and adhere to our terms and conditions.

All individuals must arrive a minimum of 15 (fifteen) minutes prior to their lessons scheduled start time. Lessons will start and finish on time even if you are absent and consequently your lesson will be truncated if you are late.
Child prices (rates) apply up to the age of 16 (sixteen), those 17 (seventeen) and over will be charged adult rates; Realli-Ski reserves the right to ask for proof of age.
Children under the age of 16 (sixteen) require parental consent – the signature of a parent (or guardian) is required on the personal and medical information form before the child is allowed to use the simulator.
Under normal circumstances the minimum age for use of the simulator is 3 (three) years old. In exceptional circumstances children younger than this may be allowed to use the simulator with prior instructor approval. In this case the instructor’s discretion and decision is final.
Children under 1.35m in height must have at least one private lesson prior to joining a group. The instructor will make an assessment of the child’s ability and recommend further private lessons or advise that the child may join a group. In this event the instructor’s decision is final and non-negotiable. This rule exists for the enjoyment and safety of the child.
You must tell us of any medical condition(s) before using the simulator. The completion of all personal details along with any medical condition(s), previous skiing experience on a Realli-ski form, known as “the personal and medical information form” is mandatory before anyone may use the simulator. This form must be signed and dated. Family groups may combine their information onto one of such forms.
Lessons may be terminated at any time by Realli-Ski staff if any incorrect information is given on the personal and medical information form. This is particularly important in the case of skiing experience and non-disclosure of medical condition(s).
Realli-ski reserves the right to refuse any individual use of the simulator.
Once booked and paid for lessons are not refundable.
Lessons and courses can not be shared.
Payment is required in advance, without exception.
Payment must be made in full. Realli-Ski does not operate a deposit scheme.
Realli-Ski is unable to accept cheques as a payment method. Payment is accepted by Cash and most credit and debit cards, including but not limited to Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express and Solo.
A credit card may be used to secure your booking and you may pay cash when you attend. In this situation we will take the full lesson amount from your credit card if you fail to attend or fail to pay in full when you do attend.
Lessons may be transferred (to another time slot) but Realli-Ski require a minimum of 48 hours notice to do this. Failure to provide such notice may result in loss of lesson. Lessons may only be transferred to another time slot within the season. The Realli-Ski season runs from 1^st September to 31^st August each year.
Courses (which consist of multiple lessons) and individual lessons are valid during the season during which they were purchased only. The Realli-Ski season runs from 1^st September to 31^st August each year. No refund is available for lessons not booked and attended before the end of the season. Lessons can not be carried forward to the next season.
In the case of complimentary, taster, free and/or PR lessons by completing and signing a personal and medical information form you shall be deemed to have made a booking with Realli-Ski and as such must adhere to these terms and conditions.
The opening hours may vary between each Realli-Ski Centre, and throughout the season.
Realli-Ski reserves the right to close any Centre during off-peak periods (May through September) in which case the season for this centre will terminate early.
In the case of gift vouchers the validity is 12 months from date of purchase. This takes precedence over the usual seasonal validity of lessons and courses.
In the case of complimentary, taster, free and/or PR lessons by completing and signing a personal and medical information form you shall be deemed to have made a booking with Realli-Ski.
Any large group (EG: school, club or corporate) booking cancellation or alteration requires a minimum of 10 working days notice. Failure to provide such notice may result in loss of lesson(s) or booking(s).
In the absence of negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation, neither Realli-Ski (and its associated companies – namely Realli-Ski International Ltd, Realli Ski Centres, Showan Entertainments Ltd, SHS Ltd) nor its employees or agents shall be responsible for the death, personal injury, and illness of any customer or damage to equipment or clothing whilst on the Realli-Ski Simulator, at any Realli-Ski Centre or on any premises owned or operated by any of the aforementioned companies.
Neither Realli-Ski (and its associated companies – namely Realli-Ski International Ltd, Realli Ski Centres, Showan Entertainments Ltd, SHS Ltd) nor its employees or agents shall be held responsible for any loss, theft or damage to personal property or valuables that belong to any visitor whilst at any Realli-Ski Centre or on any premises owned or operated by any of the aforementioned companies.
